Dear Kim please take part in re-activating Big Bay Homeowners,it was established when Big Bay sewer district was formed 20 yrs. age.Applications are available , meetings are being held by W.M.Town Board and they passed a new Tax add on to be brought to a vote by all who are paying for water&sewers in Big Bay .This new add on tax is for Ambulance service in Big Bay. Help get it together in Big Bay Before Zoning and other Committee meetings are over.

Dear Carl; what would the benefits of having a “Big Bay Homeowners Association” be? In your opinion, would an established association have an impact on any decisions or proposals; would association concerns be viewed differently than an individual’s?

Dear Kim,the town board members have no representation from Big Bay.Only two landowners showed up for Public Hearing on Ambulance issue. There has to be input from residents of a proposed taxable area-Big Bay Sewer district, the possibility of up to $800 per year each deeded taxable property owner would be forced to pay until new Sewer Facility is payed for in 25 years should be a positive incentive for all taxpayers to re group and consider paying$577. to hook to the Town of Hastings existing Sewers.Governments do sometimes listen if the peoples voice becomes loud enough. We formed the Big Bay Homeowners Association and got Sewers 20 years ago,Any organization holds power with its voting input at election time.
